Mr. Terrence Martinez Brinson, 67, died early on June 30, 2024, at the Harbor Grace Hospice Facility, in Atlanta, Georgia. He was born on August 18, 1957, in Twin City, Georgia, to the late Picola Turner Brinson and John Calvin Brinson. Marty, as he was affectionately called, served as "the baby" in a household of four sisters and four brothers.
Marty was preceded in death by his parents and seven siblings: Willie Ruth Payton Alexis, Myrtis Hardy, Carolyn Walker, John Thomas (JT), Howard Brinson, Clarence Brinson, and John Calvin Brinson (JC).
Mr. Brinson graduated from the Emanuel County Institute and worked as a paraprofessional for the Bulloch County Board of Education at Julia P. Bryant Elementary School for many years. Our community has lost a man who provided care to others. His caretaker, sister, Ms. Beaufort Brinson Garland, and several nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends will cherish his memory.

Public viewing for Mr. Terrence "Marty" Brinson will take place on Thursday, July 11, 2024, from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM. The family will receive guests for the family visitation from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Matthew H. Lovett & Son's Funeral Home.
Funeral Services for Mr. Brinson will be held on Friday, July 12, 2024, at 11:00 AM at the Original First African Baptist Church with Rev. Bennie Brinson, officiating; Rev. Christopher Culbreth, Pastor.
Interment will follow at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church Cemetery, Canoochee, GA
Pallbearers will be Nephews
