Matthew H. Lovett & Son’s Funeral Home announces the passing of Baby boy Da’Von Keith Carter, infant son of Za'Keyvia Johnson and Johnofer Carter Jr. Baby Da’Von passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at the East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro.
Our precious Da'Von Keith Carter was born sleeping on Tuesday, October 29, 2024.
Although our little one was with us only for a brief moment, he will touch our hearts forever. We will always remember the dreams we had, the love we shared, and the joy he brought us during this journey. We find peace knowing he rests in the arms of angels.
In addition to his loving parents, Za'Keyvia Johnson and Johnofer Carter Jr., Da'von is cherished by his maternal grandparents, Kendra Monroe and Darrell Johnson, and his paternal grandparents, Vangila and Johnofer Carter Sr.; his beloved siblings, Jace Carter, Arieonna Johnson, and Ar'Monei Carter; his aunts and uncles: Keymara Johnson, Keyuntae Monroe, Chase Carter, Case Carter, Kwintavious Burns, Elizabeth Carter, and Tabatha Parks, Keyvon Monroe, Col'lisiah Brown, Nickylah Gibson, Nick Gibson Jr; his great grandparents, Shirley Ann Wright. Carolyn Johnson & Barbara Lanier; great great grandmother, Mother Willie Mae James. Da'Von preceeds in eternity with his grand auntie Devonee Lanier. His spirit touched the lives of all who knew him, and he will forever be in the hearts of his family and loved ones
Graveside services for Babyboy Da'Von will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 2, 2024, at the Bessanger Tabernacle Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Paul Benton, officiating.
